One of the biggest challenges in relocation is moving your family from point A to B. To help you, we have provided a moving planners guide that will aide in planning your move, moving your family, and moving-in your new home.

Need Help Choosing the Right Agent?

  • Have the agent do the driving and ask them for listing printouts of the homes on your tour.
  • Check to see if they will provide pictures of the home's exteriors. This will help with your memory. Remember, TN Properties picture pages are printable to help with your selection.
  • Bring an area map with you during the tours and let the agent help you place the homes on the map.
  • Make sure the agent is familiar with the area in which you wish to buy your home. Ask questions about schools, shopping and recreational activities.
  • If things are not going according to plan, discuss and try to solve the situation with them. If you can't, find another agent
  • Find out if the agency or agent belongs to the Multiple Listing Service
  • Take your time, make your offer, and say no if you do not feel comfortable
